 Sunrise on a grey sea, PortugalThe day was grey, the sea was lead, a light wind was carrying the February cold, suddenly the sun broke in between the sea and the hard ceiling of clouds. It's was time to connect from within. |  Calm sea morning in NormandyMy father loved swimming in that sea, on that beach. He taught us to brave the waves when entering the sea. He swam there as long as his illness let him.
This picture was taken the morning of his death, early in the month of November. It was as if the sea was mourning him too, offering us its most beautiful hue of blue to express goodbye.
